Thread: counter for visits

Hello everyone. First thing I have to say is that I love the fact that I made my own web page thanks to blue voda. Ok here is my question, I was wondering if there is away to have a counter on my page to see how many times it's been visited? http://www.wolfwindphotography.com Thank you for any help.

Google it. There are many counters available on the net, and many styles to choose from.

He is right there tons of them on google.

If I were you I would use an invisible on to the public

Not to forget you can check your visitor stats in your control panel, aw stats - and as mentioned, if you do use a counter, use an invisible one.

Someone on this forum suggested "statcounter" a while ago. I have been using them for six months now and they're pretty good about the stats they provide. The down side is that their log only goes to 100 and if you increase the size you get hit with a fee. Also, if your website is receiving more than say 9,000 hits again you get hit with a fee. So if you're just starting out this is a pretty good free service.

I have found a code for a counter, but where do I put the code. I tried page HTML and pasted it there, but I don't see the counter online.

Paste the code into the "Inside/Body" section.
