Hello Voda Family, I am trying to preview a new website I am working on, but I keep getting a pop up window with an error message that says "unexpected file format". Any reason why? I'm sure it's something very simple, but it really has me tied up. As always, many thanks in advance for the help. Mike www.details-matter.com         |

1) reboot your computer 2) make sure you only have one bluevoda open, do not have any other programs open.

1. check the file in blue voda and see if it has .bvp as an extension 2. if you have a background, delete it and try preview with just no background. 3. check any pictures you've added to the page and see if the file type for the pic is other than .jpg 4. do you have any flash running? perhaps there is a problem there. just some simple suggestions!
