Thread: new domain as primary domain

When I opened an account with Vodahost, I registered the name www.siamesecatstips.com with Namecheap and and changed the DNS settings to Vodahost. The problem I have now is I dont want to use that domain at all. I want to use a new domain I've registered www.superrecipesecrects.com as the primary domain with the account and have full access to the CP panel. I don't want to add the recipe domain as an addon domain at all. I want to get rid of the cat domain completely.

How can I do this. Should I cancel my account and open a new one with the www.superrecipesecrets.com domain as the main domain?

Put in a support ticket for this. They CAN reset your account, however, there might be a fee for this. Only you can decide if you want to open a NEW account or not, but ask support first.

VH can change the primary domain name for a small fee. Submit a support ticket asking them to do so.

How do we repoint our web page to a different IP address?

You login to where you have your domain registered and you change the server address.
