About LinkBacksI notice a lot of people have pictures on their threads (Some really weird) can I add a picture from my picture file? I have no url for pictures.

Follow instructions on Avatar page. You must resize your pictures as explained on this page, and yes, you can use your pictures on your pc. That is Option 2 on the avatar page.
