Thread: Tracking Customers

Is there a way to track customers who visit your website so that you know who referred them (what web site}. I went into the web stats and it mostly shows my website as the referrer. What does that mean? Im trying to find out which of my promotional sources are working best. Any suggestions or tools appreciated.
