Thread: Need help from VodaHost v2.0

1) Why cant i access my test homepage in www.rcaiado.com, and by www.whois.sc my DNSs appears dns1.page-services.com; dns2.page-service.com untin dns5 and isnt some DNSs from vodahost.

2) i payed for a protect ID and in the whois site my elements are all exposed.

Hoppe someone in Vidahost can explain me what is happening.

Because your domain is still pointing to the standard vodahostdomains.com servers.

Is this the main site, that you got with your account, or an addon ?

If this is the main site, it is a question of time (DNS propagation). If it is an addon, you need to enter your vodahosdomains CP and change your nameservrs to point to your account.

About the Protect ID i.. just trying to understand why isnt working.
