Thread: linking custom made forms to shopping cart

I've added custom made forms to my page with the shopping cart. But can't figure out how to link to the actually shopping cart. I have boxes where you choose color or monogram and need them to go to shopping cart for that item when you click on it. Can someone please help!!! My web site is www.amcdesignsonline.net .
