need help please...lost all info...trying to get back but can't download BV. it keeps trying to get me to buy it again.aarrgghh!

thank you ladyeye. unfortuantely i still have a problem getting my files back to comp. so far i have connected with file manager, found public_html, and tried to copy but it goes to the "up one level" page. from there i'm lost. any ideas?

Okay, so it is my understanding that you do indeed have the blue voda software on your computer.

You can import your pages from the internet within the blue voda webbuilder.

Open your webbuilder, Open a New Blank Page, then go to File - then choose New Page from Existing html - tick Remote (on the internet) and type in your url beginning with http:// and then import, blue voda will bring the page in, you may have to do a bit of editing, you will see where, hopefully you do not have alot of pages to do so ...

excellent...thank you once again. i was able to retrieve my index page...when i recall my other pages do i type the url as http://www.mydomain.com/my next page?

i'd like to place an order for half a wig...mostly tinfoil grey with undertones of dark brown...perhaps quite short so i can't get a grip on it...thanks and much success to all.

been a while but i have another question. i recently purchased another computer, i have transfered all BV data to new one but when i try to work on pages it won't display my background or pictures. any ideas?

Your background and images have to be in the exact same place on the new computer as the old computer. (exact same navigation)
I find it much easier to have an image folder in each of my addon domain folders. You can then move the BV folder from one computer or another and not get those red "X's"
However, those images should still be on the server.
