Thread: Publishing, get index only

My website www.spraymasters.net. When you pull up the site all you get is a list. What am I doing wrong?

I have published 2 of 3 pages. When I try to publish the 3rd the program locks up. Any suggestions?

You haven't followed the instructions and have used capital letters in your pages. Republish them all without - the index page must be index - not Index as you did it.
