Why can't I see my website. We published it...it said it was published but when we go to the address, it goes to another page.

Question: Did I miss a step somewhere?

It can take up to 48 to 73 hours for your site to become active once you have paid and submitted everything.

If it has been longer than that and you still cannot see your site- open a support ticket. To go to customer support- simply open up the BV program and on the bottom left side of the window- click on "Customer Support".
