Is there any chance that you have the same page opened twice? Possibly have 2 BV windows open at the same time?

Terry is correct in what he says.. you could have two BV's open, I have done this by mistake on many occasion, however, also... sometimes I find this just happens anyway, even with just one program open, sometimes it just comes up with this error, not very often but it does. You may need to just close the whole program down and reopen. That usually works for me.
