You should always get a welcome email. If you haven't then submit a support ticket. How long ago did you apply for your account?

i had the same problem, only it wasn't vodahost it was the spam filter on my e-mail account!! have you checked your spam settings?

If did not receive a welcome email from VodaHost could only mean U have not signed up for a hosting account.
