Thread: Problem with support ticket

Hi, i've tried to send you a support ticket to ask for the affiliate program; but always appears a window with this message:

Fatal error: in /home/voda/public_html/support/includes/functions.php on line 841

I don't know what to do, will wait for answer.

ok...you are trying to access an old ticket...we upgraded the help desk a few
weeks ago and the format has changed. Please click the link below and enter
your email address and you will recieve a password for the new help desk. Use
the same email address that you used before.

I've tried to do this and a red message appears on the screen saying:

ERROR: Invalid Email Address Specified. This Email Address is not Registered

But the email address is correct, i've tried several times, what's wrong?

When i try to open a new ticket I get:
