Thread: Help me

Hi i just set up 2 email accounts through BV and outlook. For some reason I cant publish my page it says Internet Exception Error 12031: the connection with the server has been reset, I cant get on to C Panel, and you also cant view the webpage on the internet. It may have something to do with me setting up outlook but I wouldnt know how to go back and fix it without someone very knowlegeable on this subject to help me.. please
