i am using bluevoda site builder and have video tutorials on my website, one of them was a WMA video that published fine, but all my other videos are in AVI and when i try to publish the page that has the AVI video on it doesnt work it just stays on the publishing loading screen for ages then freezes, what should i do?

Several factors could be to blame. First of all can you vonvert your AVI file to a WMA format...Secondly is the file very large?
