I need to publish my website but get a message saying my password is wrong.. Any suggestions?

Make sure when you hit the publish that the ip you are going to is yours in the drop down list. You will find yours on your welcome letter.

Thanks Karen. Half my problem is I didn't get a letter stating the ip address. I wrote a ticket (Ithink that's right) and am waiting to hear from help. I'll look again at all the emails I've had back and forth today just to be sure. Thanks Janice
