Welcome to the rest of your life! You will find yourself immersed in no time, forcing yourself to turn the computer off and go to sleep. As Tom said, start with the tutorials, you will probably watch them more than once, Have a plan! Knowing what you wish to accomplish before you start will save you a lot of time and frustration.
