OK I finally found this question answered but I still cannot get it to work.
I have two .pdf files in my file manager, but they do not look to me like they show in the public folder
ma50.pdf and maexa.pdf
I've linked them such as http://microblen.net/ma50.pdf but they still go to my error page.
Did you ftp the files up to your public_html directory?
Open your blue voda webbuilder
Choose Tools
Choose FTP Manager
Choose Connect
Browse through your computer to find the files ..
Transfer them by sliding across from the location on your computer to inside of the public_html directory (remember to click on this public_html to actually go inside)
Make sure the name of the pdf is identical to the link you are adding ..
If in doubt - rename the pdf and clearly link it is that regard again ...

Hello Lady, i would appreciate if you would not refer to me as David, I was doing David a favor and could not remember his login name and password. thanks for your co-operation.
I'm not sure what you are saying, "but I cant see very well you know."
In post #2 he states that his link is http://microblen.net/ma50.pdf - which is not working. My statement is " I think that you have not included the www in the link and to my limited knowledge, I would think that unless you have the www, the link will not work.
So again, I am a little bit lost with your response "If you check the previous post, you will see that this is the link that James has put in his post and is not working."
Would appreciate an explanation, thanks.

You had referred to yourself as David in another thread I was assisting you with .. that is where I got David ... in any case .. you will be Mr. MaGoo .. not a problem ..
And, as you can see this link that you provided for him does not work either .. so I was letting you know that that was not the problem and further help was needed for jtsparks ...
Sorry, I am not aware that you cannot see very well ..

Hi James, not sure if you have got it going yet, but could I add a seeming complication that may make things easier. If you are going to put many pdfs up on the site, create a new folder to put them all in, for example 'publications' the your url link would be www.microblen.net/publications/ma50.pdf.
You will find that if you need to delete or up date, they are easy to find.
Thanks for all the help. The FTP manager made it really easy.
