Thread: publishing

Hello everyone: I have a new problem. I am helping someone with their website and they have given me all the information regarding their ip address, username and password. I do not have their ip address in my drop down window. How do I put the correct ip address so that i can publish some pages for them.

Hi Mr Magoo,
You need to download Blue Voda programme again. (You don't need to uninstall. You won't loose any of your current files or settings etc.) I had to do that myself and it's a common question here. The reason is that new server addresses being added daily and so when you download BV you only get a database up-to-date to that point. A week or so if YOU add a new domain to your system, your BV won't contain the new address and you have to update by downloading BV again.
