    Internet error 12111 means:
'The FTP operation was not completed because the session was aborted' which indicates your firewall or router is blocking the transfer connection. You should give BlueVoda complete access to the internet.
You can also try setting the 'undocumented' passive mode setting which could fix your problems without changing your firewall/router settings:
    1. Open the registry (Run->Regedit.exe)
    2. Find the following key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 6.5.2\BlueVoda 6.5.2\Publish
    3. Change the value of Passive from 0 to 1
    4. Now try to publish again.

Warning: changing or deleting any of the other values can corrupt your BlueVoda configuration or even your complete system!

Well it's either the command or data connection of FTP timing out.
If I remember correctly the default timeout is 30 seconds.
This is currently hardcoded into BlueBoda.
We will try to make it more 'flexible' in the next release.

Can you take a look at the logfile for me? What does it say?
    You can find it in:
    C:\Documents and Settings\<YourName>\My Documents\BlueVoda\Bluevoda.log

You can open it with notepad or any another text editor.

Pablo, yesterday there was a huge Windows XP update to windows Installer 3.1 thats probably why there were minor complications today.

    pablo,

You should consider moving that log file in the next update.

I have a whole list of reasons why.

Well... we had to put it somewhere, so the BlueVoda folder was an obvious choice. In BlueVoda 6.5.4 it will move to the Program Folder.
BTW. Your log file did not show a 12111 error but 12031.
12031 is definitely a firewall/router problem which should be solved by switching to passive mode.
