Thread: LCD screens

I have noticed the title on my new site changes font and size when viewed on one of the flat screen lcd monitors. I developed it at home on one of the old big box monitors and have selected a nice font and size that I like. At work I use a flat screen LCD monitor and the font and size of my title header 'Lee Style T'ai Ch'uan' is a completey different font and size. I have gone back home and experimented with other different fonts and sizes and I still have the same problem on the flat screens. I have also viewed this problem on several other flat screen monitors. All of my other text appears the same regardless of the monitor type.

Does anybody know what is going on with this please?

That happened to me too. I used Pristina font for my title in a text box, and it showed up on my mom's computer screen as Times New Roman.

I fixed it though! Use a "banner" for your title and it holds the font you want to use. With my mom on the phone to verify it worked, I deleted my text title and made a title banner using my preferred font, and had her refresh her screen and it changed to the font I chose. =)
