Thread: Transparent backgrounds on your photos.

does anybody know a website where i can get transparent backgrounds on photos without spending money and using not photoshop,illustratter,publisher or anything like that. please help.

Geesh! Try Google.....use the key words that are important: "photos, transparent backgrounds, free" and see what you find. If you don't like what comes up, try using different word combinations until you find your solution.

send me an email address and I will forward you a transparent background 1000 x 1000 and all you have to do is save it as a gif file. you can resize it, add or insert images or pictures to it but when you save it, it must be saved as a gif file.

No, that is not the way to apply transparent backgrounds to photos......it must be done as a PNG.....(whenever you try to edite a png pix for BV it converts to a GIF > that's where you get that).

You can create transparent backgrounds even in Paint, either by importing a pix and using the eraser and then forcing SAVE AS .png with transparent background, or by layering and savinfg as same.

Importing a pix onto a transparent object and then expecting a GIF to do it is plain wrong.

ok General - I do it all the time. Just go to the link that i provided and you will see 3 images with transparent backgrounds. You tell me that I didn't do them correctly.

The best way to export a file now is not by .GIF .. the best way is by exporting it as .PNG 32
