how would i place an flash or animated intro before my main index page???

you have to use your intro page as the index page. just call your home page home. an example of this is:
www.caughtontape.biz
the intro page is saved as index and then it links to either a pchome page or a machome page.

Hey Mrmagoo144, is this site caughtontape.biz yours or someone else's. If it's your site I'm wondering how did you do the flash animation in index page??
