Thread: Help with Publishing Pages

I have been tring for days to publish a page on my site www.SA-OrganGrinder.com. But all I get is a Pop Up stating: Internet Exception Error 12002. I am using and have allways used Server IP #70.86.224.210.
Do I need to use another server, has mine changed?

I did what was stated on link you sent and I still get the same error mesage.
Now what?
It says to resize photos but I have no photos on the page I trying to publish. (The page I'm trying to publish is the RATE page. See web site.)
I have never had this or any problem before.

Hi Mike, on a quick look up on whois, you seemed to be on.
IP: 74.86.118.20
Name Servers: ns5.vodahost.com ns6.vodahost.com

Have a change of server on your drop down list to the one above, & try another publish to see if you have any luck on this ip address.

That option is not on my drop down list!!!!!!!!!

Ah! Surprising? as i believe its an old IP. Go to this link
& re download BV & install again. It should re populate the ip list. Dont worry! you wont loose any pages with the new installation.

I downloaded blue vota (twice) to desk top but when I tried to unzip file I got a pop up stating, "The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted."
Here we go again......

Hi Mike, not sure what to suggest!. I tried downloading BV it & was fine at my end. I can only suggest popping a post up & seeing if there is a none zipped version that you may be able to download.
One thought! are you running AVG security on your machine? As there was a problem with this & BV.

Goto this link and download a free download manager.

Install the program in your computer and download the BV Website Builder again.

Thanks for the link for the manager....but that didn't work either...I give up....what good does it do to have a web site I can't edit....I need to look for a new server that doesn't change all the time....Why doesn't management try to help?

If you cannot get the folder unzipped perhaps you have a faulty winzip program .. ??

Usually if you are showing a corrupted file it has to do with your own internet connection speed .. if the file downloading process is interrrupted, you will receive a corrupt file ..

I would suggest trying to download and reinstall on a less busier time for your OWN internet connection ..

If you need another winzip program, let us know ..
