I had a script go awry for some reason and it spiked server usage. This caused suspension which is understandable. The script was identified and I am fine having it removed. How long does this take?

This now has blown up to the top of my company and I have not been able to get this rectified for 3 hours! is there anything more I can do to get this handled!
This has moved to critical!
Just editing to address my issue only in tickets. My case is being handled through the support center!
