Thread: Small and big problem

I am a n00bie and at a lost here.

I have to make payment to vodahost and the bank account that I used to open the site with is now closed .

My renewal date is 2-23-08 . Please someone from vodahost contact me ASAP I do not want to loose my site. Again I need help bad, my friend that did the leg work to get my site up and running left me in the dark .

I dont even know what my domain name or account ID# is .

On the bottom of this page click on the Contact Us and it will take you to support. That is the only way you will be able to resolve this.

Your going to have to explain your situation to Customer Support. You state you don't know what your domain name is? Or Account ID? The you could not possibly have the user name and password to make a payment or enter your cpanel or.........anything.

Customer Support is the only way to resolve this.

If I call the number listed in the contact us link and give them the info I DO know will that be sufficient. PLease dont think im trying to be an ass , I just am lost thats all.

I will do that . But when I click this link http://www.vodahost.com/login.htm and go to the left where it asks for email and password it rejects mine. I looked for a plece to register for that but came up dry.

Don't try to login - just click to submit a ticket.
