    Default starting over?

I had started to build my website earlier this year. Had a computer crash and finally got around to installing bluevoda on my new comp. It's been so long since I've messed with it, and it doesn't have any of my old info in it. What is the easiest way to get restarter? I'd like to open an existing page that is already online, but don't know how.

hello; i assume that you have an account and get into cpanel. if that is the case:
    1. ftp all the files, images from the server to your hardware.
    2. go to new page and choose from existing html
    3. choose internet page and type in the exact url address for each page.
low and behold you should have the page in your builder and should have all the images in the correct file folders. You may have to tweak it a bit.
Don't forget to save the page or make your changes and save the page and republish. Hope this helps!

guess I'm not 'puter literate enough to understand exactly what this means:

"1. ftp all the files, images from the server to your hardware."

    Hi Sally,

Enter your cPanel and select 'File Manager"
Click on your "index.html" file and an url [webaddress] will appear at the top
right hand corner of you cPanel page. Right click the url and "copy".

Then open "Notepad" on your PC and paste into the page.

Repeat the process for all the webpages you want to download and paste the url into your open wordpad.

After you are done with the selection, Logout and close your browser.

    Next open your BlueVoda.

Select "File" > "New" > "Select Html file from the internet"

A dialogue box opens. Select "Remote [from the internet"

    In the file name box..........

Select a file name from the list you pasted in Wordpad, copy it and paste

it in the open "File Name" box. [example: http://www.bonbon____.com/index.html]

    Finally click "OK"

BlueVoda will then import the webpage and open it in BV.

Save the file in C:\My Document/BlueVoda

Repeat the process for all the other files that you had pasted in wordpad.

Note: When the file is opened in BV you may find some missing graphics. This is to be expected as you have to find the same graphic images and photos and save a copy in a Folder in C:\My Document/BlueVoda and re-import it back into the webpagepage.

That is the easiest way I can explain it to you.
