i want to host Multi player games on my site. how can this be done and is there any body who can help me in setting this up

over on my site that i'm making, It's for our gaming clan we play a game called silent huner 3. It has it's own sever set up for Multi player games And what i would like to do is when one of the gamers goes on the site and clicks on the sh3 icon, it fire's up the game and takes them onto the ubisoft server to play a Multi player game or can i set up a server of my own???
