About LinkBackscan someone please help i have changed the contents of my contact page and have published it but when i look at it on the web its still the old page what am i doing wrong please ( www.baitsrus.co.uk)

Hi, it maybe that you are seeing your old page that is caught up in your computers cache. Try hitting F5 many times. This may clear it & show the new page.

ok i will try that approx how many times have i got to press F5 just a rough idea if you could please. Has anyone else any ideas please
