Time counters?

I wish to put a line under my video windows that would say "Please wait several seconds for video to load..."

This line would disappear after a few seconds, say 4. Thus, is there a way to do this, like text that is dependent on a time counter?

It looks similar to what I seek, but I don't edit any source code when building Blue Voda pages, just use their GUI page builder. How would I incorporate this there? Or does anyone please have a Blue Voda solution?
