Hi,
Am I right in thinking, I will need a secound account to have a separate website with different domain name?
If this is the case and I believe it is, where do I purchase another hosting account, do I just purchase a new hosting account as if I were a new customer.

If both sites belong to you and you are not making a site for someone sles then you do NOT need a new account. You may run as many sites as you like on one account, but as I mentioned, they must all be YOUR sites.

You just use the addon domain feature. Point the domain to the same servers and then publish your new site to the same account but just inside the new site folder.
