Is there any way of delaying the viewer's web browser from displaying all the elements of a page until they have all downloaded completely? I think it looks a bit of a mess to see your website materialise bit by bit as each element gradually downloads. |

And, you'll lose those on a slower connection if they have to wait for it all before they see anything.

I use high-speed cable connection. The first site listed loads quickly. The second one just slightly slower. The third one slower yet because it appears to take awhile for the pictures to load. Hope this helps. |
