Default Logins for pages?

Is it possible to create a login for a page or multiple pages of a website. For example, a user has to register in order to view certain pages. If this is possible how does it work?

Hi, to create an automatic/register login style of site will require a script. I beleave the members Navaldesign & watdaflip both have scripts for this.
But if you want just a simple password protected area, this can be simply done via the cpanel by creating a new folder/directory & password protecting it. You can then publish as many pages as you wish to this folder. You can create as many folders as you wish & just place a single page in each with a separate password for each one. But this you would have to do & email the user the password.

Good luck.
