Thread: How Do I Insert A Stats Counter Into My Website

Always used Frontpasge in the UK but having found Blue Voda by accident

WELL!!!!!! what a great bit of software and congratulations to the friendlyu forum

Anyway.......

Can somebody direct me in the right direction for inserting a stats counter into my website index page

you can get the code and either imbed the code into the page or use the html tool on the left side. if you use the tool then the guest would see it. if you want to hide the counter, right click on the background page and click page html and a box will come up with the options of imbedding the html code you would get from your stat counter provider.

.... Or alternatively you could just look inside your control panel and you might discover one of the best stats packages in the world in there.. It's called awstats.

Website page counters are unprofessional and inaccurate. They count how many times a page is hit and NOT how many times you receive a new visitor.
