Thread: How can visitors mail to me from my page???

Hi,
I want to make a page where people can book some of my personal. Is it possible to make a "booking"-form og template (i don´t know the english word exactly) to my site, where people can type in there name, adress, the person they want to book, and so on, and recive it as a mail???
