Thread: getting a file to people

I have uploaded an .avi file to a folder to my site into a sub domain folder. How would I get people to either view it or download it? Is there any way in Blue Voda to make a page to play that file, but have it redirect from that folder and not upload it with the web page? It is a large file that took 1 1/2 hours to upload.

The .avi file is 'snowstorm.avi'
The Sub Domain is www.asimplelife.ca
the main site is www.dnsvideo.ca
