i am sorry i could not write properly,
actually it is properly linked but my question is
suppose we have page named as 1a and the headings in this page are

the detail of above headings are given in page suppose 1b are
1---detail
2----detail
3---detail
4---detail
5---detail
so now if i will click on the any heading of page 1a (1,2,3,4,5) page 1b will open , that is right
my question is this if i will click suppose heading 4 in page 1a than the page 1b should open starting from the detail of 4---detail, likewise if i will click on heading 5 on page 1a than the page 1b should open starting from the detail of 5---detail
the reason is that visitor need not to scroll down for detail
