Thread: Geeral question

i was wondering if some one know and can give me some tips on how do create somrthing like in this site : www.craigslist.com

after you enter a city and go in to , lets say , the apa/house section you can see the posting assorted by the dates...and when a new post is added for TODAY it will post it undertodays date (and save the rest)
