There isn't a ftp page, FTP is a method of transferring data on the internet. If you are going to use a FTP you need to use a program on your computer capable of using FTP. (ie will work).
If you are wanting somewhere to go to upload files go into cpanel, and then file manager.
Register/Login Script
Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script

it is in the CPanel. I am trying to figure out what to do next? The reason why I dont see a internet page for matulutulu.com.
