Default Could not connect to MySQL server Error

Trying to add database for formmail - I've just about got it except for this. Wouldn't the "server" be my website address?

So, ok, maybe I'll rephrase this. I really need help on this.

WHO would the MySQL server be? What do I put in that field to install the database?

    Thanks.

You need to follow the Instructions for the Application that you are installing.

The Advanced Blue Voda Forms Processor has detailed installation and configuration instructions available here in VodaTalk if that is the "email form" you are attempting to format.

You are allowed unlimited MySQL and Databases per VodaHost account, but they are not "self-tutoring" although they are 100% compatible with client applications.
Always follow directions without fail for best results.

If you cannot obtain installations instructions, or need personal assistance, please Submit a Support Ticket.
