I can tell you that new feature of form wizard works perfectly for allmost any pourposes.
Regarding updating to V10, hold on a second, and i will tell you correctly how to do it.

I have successfully revised the program and, yes the form work seems easier. however, I can not now publish my files it is asking for a new password, is this normal ?

Well, that didn't happend to me when i did the same thing... maybe they have reset your password.

I guess that you should try again a couple more times, and if the problems remains, you should submit a support ticket directly to VH.

My password has been reset for other reasons, and it only started working a few hrs later.
