This is the first time i have built a website. I have been using bluevoda, i have designed my website, what do i need to do now for everyone to be able to view it? Is it publishing?

I assume you have bought your domain name and hosting account, so you open your first page (always named index - lower case letters and no .html, etc. Then you publish the rest of your pages with links to them.

If you have a vodahost account, then visit http://www.vodahost.com/tut_bluevoda.htm
and go to no. 31. You will get everything you need to publish your site, plus some other cool tutorials.
But first, you must have a vodahost account. You can get it from here www.vodahost.com/
