Question I'm a Newbie. How do I size up banners.

I want to put some banners of some organizations on my site, but some are too large to fit where I want them. How do I change the sizes and locations. I appreciate your help.

Thanks Chris. It was a big help. I intend to put banners on my site from some affiliates, but they are so big. They all want theirs to be on top of my pages, but I'd rather put them in different areas of the pages. That is where my problem lies. If I can change some of the scripts for those banners, I think I'd be OK. (html scripts)

Any help on that too? I am grateful for your help.

Hi, if you get a chance! post one of the banner scripts & i will have a look to see what you might be able to be reduced on the image side of things.
