Thread: Forms - again

I have most of it down. However, I made a new full-page form and don't know why the submit button doesn't take it to the thank you page. I even made a 2nd thank you page for the 2nd form (investors -- the first form is on the index page). I've changed everything from html to php at least twice and I still can't get to the investorthanks page. klventuresllc.com

I've even dumped the file in CPanel twice and started over.

Is just the form and the thank you page php? Or is the whole page php and not html.

Any help (as usual) is greatly appreciated. Thanks for the past help where I didn't have the http:// there.

The form is the Investors page on www.klventuresllc.com You can fill it out, but when I hit submit I get an errror message instead of the "thank you" page.
