Thread: pictures and movies not visible

Hi there,

Some visitors to my website seem to hevae problems seeing my pictures and movies. What can be the cause?

There is not any problem with your site. Pictures and moovies download just fine. Maybe your visitors have a slow connection and that causes problems.

that is not the case. They have a high speed cable connection. Could it be their firewall?

Possibly..Does it work ok when you test it?
Because it worked fine for me.

Don't think so. I have my Norton Internet Security Firewall set to a high level but it doesn't give me any problems with direct download. However, one thing is for sure: if your site files are ok. for me and other visitors, the problem can only be on their computers or their connection, not on your site

I have no problem on any computer I use, none at home and none at work but got the complaint from 3 people so far. They only see red crosses with my site not on other sites.
