Question adding image editing program to webpage

Hi, does anyone know how to add an image editing program to a webpage, such as: Irfanview ? Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

As an independent application (.exe.), it is not intended to run off a web page but for single-seat purposes only (and specifically non-commercial). It is the same as trying to load ACT or SalesForce to a single server to make available online for a sales team: can't be done. That is why many providers have hosted Saas (Software as a Service) solutions, or online applications you pay a monthly fee to have accessible to a subscribed number of seats (Users).

You can download Irfanview 4.12 from CNet, but for personal use only.

You need to start Searching/Googling for "free scripts, photo editor, photo viewer" to find a simple tool your visitors can use on your website: similar to what many photoshops and printers use to aid customers in preparing things for submission. Scripts can be put onto your site, but finding the one that floats your boat will be a task unto itself.
