Hello good folks ! Sorry if this one's has been asked before, but if there's a limit to the files size? I've uploaded some big files (videos) before and there was no prob, but I see that I can't upload more than 20mb now? Anyone? Thanx! Tom. |

Hi, try popping into your cpannel & then to FTP Account Maintenance & clicking on the Quota & setting to a higher limit IE: typing in unlimited or maybe 80

Something in TOS about limits...you might check that. Saw another post that says that TOS limits videos, music, games, mp3s to not exceed 10% of used space on your account...maybe this is the cause?

Hi, i am assuming the file you are using is not 100's of meg or something very large?? Trouble is that i am not sure if the new versions of cpanel are the same layout, but you should have a page like the image below & be able to fill in the box & change. Would be worth using IE a a browser as FF can somtimes act a little odd. If no luck after this, i would pop a support ticket in for some help. ![]()
