Do you have a VodaHost Account ?
If yes, you should have recieived, after payment, a welcome email with all the necessary details.

it contained a a master p/word & username , and this ip
67.228.244.197

when I put in p/w and user I get a 530 authentication failed, sorry

In the BV Publish dialog box, there is a drop down, with all VH IP addresses.
Select the one you are assigned. Also put username / password.
In the Folder field, leave it as public_html

Attention: a blank space after username or password or folder name, will result in connection error.

Please also note that a whois serch for your domain name showed that your DNS are yet with TUKOWS so you need to point them to your VH account or your site will not be accessible, even if you publish your pages.

Your nameservers with VH are ns1.voda27.com and ns2.voda27.com

You need to go to TUCOWS control panel and seearch, in your account, where is the menu that will allow you to set the DNS (Domain Name Servers) to be the VH ones.
