I'm currently using Soho and my website is being hosted by Vodahost. I've got myself confused about the whole thing. Do I have to have Soho to take orders from people using a credit card or can I use Blue Voda and still do this?

Hi .. Soho offers an independent shopping cart as part of it's program. You would also require purchasing an ssl certificate and a merchant account.

Blue Voda does not have it's own shopping cart. But you are able to use blue voda and incorporate any other shopping cart with it. There are a few choices for shopping carts but you generally have to purchase them to add into your blue voda website. Or you could use paypal as your merchant and use their free shopping cart on your website. Using paypal as your merchant still enables your customers to use credit cards without a paypal account ..
