Thread: What is the pass for the treasure cheast

hi i am totaly out raged i submit like 10 tickets about getting the pass again becuase i deleted my welcome email as spam..... and no reply yet from them can some one please help me out and give me the password i ould be thankful!

I am afraid that the password cannot be given out on the forum.
Support are usually quick and very helpful, so please try them again and request another welcome email for your account.

i did for 100s of times no reply only the conformation email saying that you submitted a ticket?

the count seems to have gone from 10 to 100,s................

Hi, there is note on the support desk to only send 1 ticket, if you try to send lots, the support desk might pick you up as a spam mailer & you may have trouble getting through.

If you look on your welcome email that is titled Login Information (the one with all your account access info), it is listed there under additional products and services and above the VBS info at the end of this email.

LOL.. If you are RAGED be raged at yourself for deleting valuable email. Dont be raged because they are busy keeping the servers running and web sites up for like 35000 customers and they dont answer your email for a password to the treasure chest.

Really.. thats a really minimal thing in the course of things. If you were tech support.. do you really think the guy with a dozen emails about a password to the treasure chest takes priority over.. say.. rebooting or maintaining a server?
